The Fairmount PTA is supported solely by volunteers. Whether you have a little time to give, or a lot, we need your help! 

We have some great volunteer opportunities for this year as well a shadowing opportunity where you can learn this year and take over the committee next year:

Author's Fest

Box Tops
We need 1 parent to help coordinate Box Tops earnings for our PTA.

ECommunication
We are looking for 1 more person to join our team. Help update the PTA website,
send out the weekly Falcon Flyer and post to our Facebook group with PTA news.
We rotate and share responsibilities so this is great for someone who only has a little time to give. 
This opportunity is all remote and there is no coding knowledge required! 

Grant Writing

Reflections (Fairmount lead)
Coordinate and review student submissions. Organize a judging panel (Mr. Belonio will help). Johanna Lewandowski will help guide you. This position runs from the beginning of the school year until December.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation (2)
Most of this position involves planning and executing teacher and staff appreciation week in May.  

VP Programs (2)
Two parents are needed to organize events for our Falcon Families for next year (2025/2026). This includes Falcon Fest (beginning of the school year), Trunk or Treat (October),  Bowling (February) and Bingo Night (March).
